2. Act out the job interview.
A. Candidate: do your best to convince the company.
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Explain why you can do the job.
3. Say why YOUR qualities are suited to THIS job.
B. Interviewer: try to test the candidate.
1. Make the candidate feel welcome. Ask personal questions.
2. Make sure the candidate is the person you need (qualifications, personality, abilities).
3. Explain the benefits of working at your company.
